Self Love and Body Appreciation Meditation

How do you feel more love and appreciation for your body?

We keep hearing advice that we need to accept and love ourselves, but how do we learn to love our voices, our bodies, and our whole self?

Our society can make it difficult to feel grateful for our bodies and especially neurodivergent minds. We are told to judge our bodies as too large, too small, too broken, too this or that. Our minds are too weird, too much, too scattered.

The reality is we are living miracles, and it is time to rip away the filters of perception the media has placed over our eyes and finally see ourselves clearly.

This guided meditation will help you feel more love and appreciation for your body. It will help you remember your magnificence - from your voice to your fingers and down to the cellular level - and bath every part of you in appreciation, bringing your entire system back into a state of harmony with your perfect original blueprint.

Listen to this meditation before you go to sleep at night to set yourself up for a truly rejuvenating night of rest.

IMPORTANT: This meditation invites you to become more aware of your physical body and physical sensations. If you have a history of trauma that has not been treated, bringing more awareness to what you are feeling in your body without the guidance of a trauma-informed practitioner or somatic therapist may end up causing you anxiety or distress. If you have never received any type of therapy for your trauma, it may be best for you to refrain from meditation practices that invite you to become more aware of what you are feeling in your body until you have the capacity in your system to do so with safety.
